At London & American Supply Stores the health and safety of our staff and customers is our highest priority. Masks must be worn at all times by customers whilst in the store. All customers visiting the store are required to register their details via the Service Victoria QR code check in system for contact tracing purposes. Common touch points such as counters and eftpos machines are cleaned regularly throughout the day. Customers wishing to hold items such as knives will be asked to sanitize their hands prior to holding them. Our store is limited to only 20 customers at any one time.
If you wish to purchase online and then collect in store this will limit the amount of time that you are required to be in store. Picking up instore is free. All customers who attend site are required to register their details via the Service Victoria QR code system to ensure efficient contact tracing in the event it is required.
